CESSNA CITATION ULTRA | FLIGHT TRAINING PROGRAMS
The Cessna Citation training program offers the Single Pilot Waiver exemption. RTC has been approved for Single Pilot Exemption. Our Cessna Citation Ultra Training Program is the newest of our training options that allows pilots to complete their CE-500 Type Rating while also completing the an ATP Course if needed. We also offer a PIC/SIC Recurrent Training Course to satisfy your annual needs.
Our training takes place in our FAA Qualified Level D Full Flight Simulator (FFS), located in Bay City, WI, equipped with the Honeywell Primus 1000 Avionics. This new FFS was designed and manufactured by RTC’s parent company, Aeronautical Systems Engineering, in 2018.
CE-500 | Single Pilot Waiver Prerequisites:
- A pilot must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with a CE-500 type rating or a Commercial Pilot Certificate with and Airplane Instrument Rating and a CE-500 type rating.
- A pilot must have logged at least 1000 hours of total pilot flight time, including at least 50 hours of night flight time, 75 hours of instrument flight time, 40 hours of instrument flight time in actual instrument meteorological conditions, and 500 hours as pilot-in-command (PIC) or second-in-command (SIC) or a combination of both in turbine-powered airplanes.
