Our customers are the reason we train for safer skies. That’s why we want to give back! Introducing the RTC Rewards Program, where you can earn and cash in points to improve your training experience.
Whether you want extra time in the sim, or free hotel accommodations, our Rewards Program is designed to reward you for your loyalty and dedication to keeping the skies safer for yourself and your family.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
1. Join RTC Rewards: Earn up to 1500 points just for joining the RTC Rewards Program.
2. Train, Train Often: Train more, earn more. Earn points for the dollars you spend and cash them in to save on future training events.
3. Refer Your Friends: If you refer other pilots to complete their training at RTC, earn points for each pilot that you refer.
HOW TO JOIN RTC REWARDS
Join RTC Rewards today by enrolling in the program through the Recurrent Training Center website (www.RTCpilot.com). Begin earning points just by joining the RTC Rewards Program. Once you join, RTC will track your points for you and you can redeem them for a variety of rewards.

Points are awarded after events are completed. To earn points for training with another pilot, a rewards member must train in the same class as another pilot. Receiving credit for ‘leaving a review’, ‘share posts and posting on social media’, and ‘posting on forum threads’ require at minimum a screenshot of proof before points will be issued. To earn points for ‘referring a friend’ the referred pilot must complete their training prior to issuing points. Points cannot be transferred or used for other rewards members. Recurrent Training Center reserves the right to change or alter the RTC Rewards Program at any time.
