Recurrent Training Center (RTC) requires that payment in full be made prior to the start of training. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total invoiced amount is required prior to being scheduled for any training event.
In the event a cancellation of the training event is required, and rescheduling the event is not requested, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Any balance paid in addition to the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Non-refundable deposits may be used as credit toward a training event if scheduled to occur within 12 calendar months of the originally scheduled training event.
If a rescheduling of the training event is required, with following notice and fees may apply.
Training Events Occurring Utilizing Flight Training Devices (FTD)
– More than 5 business days prior to the training event start date, no rescheduling fee will be applied
– Less than 5 business days prior but more than 2 business days, a fee of $250 will be applied.
– Less than 2 business days prior to the start of training, a fee of $500 will be applied.
Training Events Occurring Utilizing Full Flight Simulators (FFS)
– More than 5 business days prior to the training event start date, no rescheduling fee will be applied
– Less than 5 business days prior to the start of the training event, a fee of $1000 will be applied for Initials and $500 for Recurrents.
Payment made by check must be made payable to Recurrent Training Center. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
RTC reserves the right to refuse/cancel any training or service at any time. At RTCs discretion, a training event may be cancelled due to a customer’s unsafe or inappropriate actions or comments.
Given the nature of the product that we provide as a service, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on purchased services. However, if conditions change that are within RTC’s control that affect the training rendered, we will consider a partial refund or credit based on the merit of each situation. A formal, written ‘Refund Request’ is required within three calendar days of the last day of training outlining the reason and rationale of the refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Recurrent Training Center reserves the right to update our Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy at any time.
