Do you plan to offer a King Air 300 recurrent course?
I will be taking my recurency in March
I am sorry, but we only train for the 90/100/200 models. Please let us know if we can be of any help to you in the future.
I’ve been flying KA’s for 10 years and have attended recurrent training every year. Do you offer KA recurrent training on an accelerated basis; 1 1/2 days, working 8hrs / day rather than 4hrs / day.
Thanks for the question, Emmerson. The answer depends on what your insurance company requires. Our course features a full 10 hours of sim time, all flown left seat alone with your instructor. If your insurance company only requires you to take 6, we can tailor a course for you under FAR Part 61. Please let us know when you would like to come.
Do you offer e90 training? Is a biannual and an instrument recurrancy included. Is there a discount if two people come? Thank you.
Dear Scott,
Yes, BE E90 Initial and Recurrent Training are both available. All of RTC’s programs are FAA Wings approved, which takes care of the BFR requirement. You will get a sticker for your logbook showing that you have met the requirements of Part 61.57c, showing your 6 approaches, etc.
Yes, if you bring 2 people there is a discount. Call the office for details. 800 727 1014
One more question. what kind of GPS is in the sim? We are looking for recurrant training for part 91.
Thanks for your question, Scott, Some of our sims have G 430, others have King radio stacks.
Do you offer King Air recurrent training with the Collins Proline 21 Avionics Suite?
Dear Rilla,
Unfortunately, no, we don’t train for the Collins Proline 21 Avionics Suite.
Thanks for asking.
Mary
Dear Ian,
We train many Part 135 operators. You will need to forward our syllabus to your POI for his approval. He may approve all or part of our course. You will still need to have a checkride in the actual aircraft, which we do not provide. We suggest you have the same examinor that performs your six month check ride assist you.
You will also need to change your ops manual to reflect RTC as your training provider.
Thanks for the question.
