Beechcraft Bonanza Initial Transition Training
This course is designed to prepare the pilot for the transition to a Beechcraft high performance single-engine aircraft. The aircraft systems are covered in the classroom and then practiced in the simulator. Upon completion the pilot is ready SOE in the aircraft (supervised operating experience) .Course also meets the requirements of aviation insurance companies Initial training, and requirement for IFR Recent experience 61.56(c)in make and model aircraft.

Day One Morning SOP's (use of checklist and altitude calls
Classroom: CFIT (low visibilty approach hazzards)
Simulator: Familiarization, maneuvers, turns, climbs, descents, power & configurations, VOR tracking, VOR approach

Day One Afternoon Classroom: ATC and Emergencies (what can ATC do?)
Classroom: ATC System (how air traffic control functions)
Simulator : IFR Procedures, ILS, VOR, GPS approaches, and holding

Day Two Morning Classroom Aircraft systems:
AFM, Limitations. Powerplant, Propeller System, Electrical System
4 hrs Class
Day Two Afternoon Classroom Aircraft Systems:
Fuel System, Enviormental Systems
Landing Gear and Controls, Performance Charts
4 hrs Class
Day Three Morning Classroom : Thunderstorm Avoidance (methods to avoid convective weather)
Classroom: Aircraft Icing
Simulator: LOFT IFR Flight, abnormal procedures, system failures
2hrs Sim
2hrs Class
Day Three Afternoon Classroom: FAR's Part 61
Classroom: FAR's Part 91
Simulator : LOFT IFR Flight, abnormal procedures, system failures
2hrs Sim
2hrs Class
Total time 3 days, 8rs Simulator 16 hours classroom
Includes IFR Recent experience 61.56(c).
